SEASONAL EMPLOYEES

Help & quick guides

Find your next step, understand the buttons and get answers about using Seasonal Employees.

The language selector changes both the application and these guides. Button names follow the selected language.

Employer

Start here

Recruit within the authorized cases assigned to your organization.

  1. Open your case

Go to Employer workspace and choose a recruitment case.

  2. Invite a candidate

Use Invite for interview on a match or an application. Offer two or three times.

  3. Fill a current need

Use U.S. hiring for current H-2A cases and workers already in the United States.

  4. Plan a return

Use Rehiring for a previous Hired record and a different authorized job.

Account access

Use Sign in with the email and password for your account. New worker accounts use Create free account.

  1. If you forgot your password, choose Forgot your password? and submit your registered email.
  2. Open the newest recovery email, set a new password and sign in again. Check spam if the email is missing.
Why is the employer or recruiter menu missing?

Menus follow your assigned role. Public registration creates a worker account. Contact the team to arrange employer or recruiter access and organization membership; an ordinary registration does not grant these roles.

Why are the email and password filled in after Sign out?

Your browser may fill saved credentials. Sign out ends the app session; filled fields do not mean you are signed in. On a shared device, avoid saving passwords and close the browser when finished.

Jobs & application paths

Open Jobs to filter by program, state or search text. Read the dates, duties and application instructions on the job page.

How do I apply for a job?

Use Apply by email when a public listing provides a recruitment email. Review the recipient and complete message, then confirm sending. If that channel is unavailable, follow the official application instructions. Apply free records an internal application for an authorized employer workspace. Saving a job never sends an application.

Does a listing mean the employer is still hiring?

Check the source date, employment dates and official instructions. Confirm current availability with the employer; a source record alone does not confirm an open vacancy today.

Recruiting workspace

Employer workspace and Recruiter workspace show cases assigned to your organization. Open a case to follow candidates and applications.

Why is my workspace empty or an action unavailable?

A case must be assigned to your account and meet the requirements shown on screen. Public job imports do not create employer authorization. Ask the team to review your organization, the case and its authorization. Candidate privacy choices and closed applications can also prevent an invitation.

Interviews: H-2A & H-2B

Interview invitations work for both programs, including supported U.S. hiring and rehiring applications.

  1. Employer or recruiter: open Invite for interview on an eligible match or application. Choose the time zone, duration, two or three times, and meeting method. Add the link or contact instructions, then select Send interview invitation.
  2. Worker: open Interviews or Interview invitations in Applications. Check the displayed time zone. Use Confirm this time, Request different times or Decline interview.
  3. Check for Interview confirmed and the chosen time. Open the meeting link or follow the contact instructions at that time. Offered times are reserved only after confirmation.
Does the app send WhatsApp messages or create Meet meetings?

This version keeps the invitation in the app and can send email notices. The organizer creates a Google Meet or Zoom meeting separately and pastes its link. For WhatsApp, provide the contact details or a wa.me link. Messages and video rooms are not created automatically.

How do I change a time or record the result?

The worker can request different times. The organizer cancels an active invitation before offering new times. After a confirmed interview ends, the recruiting team can use Continue with candidate or Not selected. Requesting another time or declining an interview does not automatically reject the job application.

Private documents

Workers manage uploads and sharing in Documents. Recruiting teams open documents from their authorized case when access has been granted.

  1. Choose the document type and file, then Upload privately. Resumes use PDF; introduction videos use MP4. Fee-report evidence needs the related report.
  2. For a resume or video, select the application and access period, then Share with this case. Use Revoke access to end future access.
What are the limits and who can see my files?

PDFs and supported images: up to 10 MB; MP4: up to 50 MB; total storage: 200 MB per account. Files start private. Sharing lasts 1–30 days and requires a related case and appropriate consent. Fee evidence is limited to its owner and compliance administrators. Revoking access cannot remove copies already downloaded.

U.S. relocation & U.S. hiring

This area connects workers already in the United States with current staffing requests under assigned H-2A cases.

  1. Worker: open U.S. relocation, enter your state and available dates, confirm your current U.S. presence, choose visibility and Save availability. Renew it within 30 days.
  2. Read each staffing request and use Apply to this request if you want to share your application. Documents are shared separately.
  3. Employer or recruiter: open U.S. hiring → Manage U.S. hiring in an assigned case. Review its requirements and staffing request before inviting candidates.
Does an invitation authorize a farm transfer or immediate work?

No. The app records availability and recruiting interest. The responsible employer and professional must review work authorization and the necessary process before work begins. A desired start date is a staffing target, not approval.

Rehiring a previous worker

Rehiring starts a new recruiting process for a worker previously recorded as Hired. It supports H-2A and H-2B.

  1. Open Rehiring and choose Choose a new job & plan interview for a previous hire.
  2. Select a different active, authorized job with the same employer and choose Plan interview for this job. Then propose times and send the invitation.
Why is the list empty, and is the old record changed?

The list needs a prior Hired record accessible to your account. A return invitation also needs another authorized case for the same employer and current sharing permission or an existing application for that job. The previous hiring history is kept; documents and authorization reviews are not automatically copied.

Time zones & email notices

Open Preferences to choose your time zone and email options, then Save preferences. Interview times are displayed in your selected zone.

Why did I not receive a notice?

Check your email choices and spam folder. Interview emails and H-2B announcement emails are separate options. You can check Recent notification delivery; Sent means the email provider accepted it, not that it reached the inbox. Invitations remain in Interviews. Password-recovery emails are independent of these settings.

H-2B updates

H-2B updates contains preparation reminders and announcements reviewed by the team. Open Read announcement to check its source, dates and employment period.

Are alerts automatic and do they confirm first-time eligibility?

The team reviews and publishes each announcement; this version does not automatically monitor government publications. Email alerts are optional in Preferences and start with future announcements. An alert does not establish a worker's eligibility or guarantee a place. Interviews remain available for both H-2A and H-2B.

Verification labels

Read each label on the job page together with its status and source date.

Does Verified certify someone's character or guarantee a job?

No. Labels describe specific checks, such as an employer identity matched to a source. A case-number format check is only a format check. These labels are not a general character rating, a promise of working conditions or a guarantee of employment.
