Job duties from the source

Perform general agricultural duties related to the harvesting of crops. Duties may include operating tractors, combines, grain carts, trucks, and other farm machinery used during harvest; loading, unloading, and transporting harvested crops; monitoring and assisting with grain handling; cleaning and maintaining equipment; performing minor equipment repairs and routine maintenance; preparing equipment for daily operations; and cleaning work areas, grain bins, and farm facilities. Workers may also perform general farm labor as needed to support harvesting operations, including occasional and minimal cattle-related duties when necessary. Work is performed outdoors and may require lifting, bending, climbing, and working extended hours during peak harvest periods, depending on weather and crop conditions

Additional requirements

Class D Drivers License is required or should be able to obtain one within 30days of hire.
