General farm labor, including, but not limited to: Plant, irrigate, cultivate, and harvest crops; Maintain and service farm equipment and grain bin facility; Drive and maintain farm equipment, including tractors, vehicles, lawn mowers, and weedeaters. Cattle duties include: Vaccinate, feed, water, perform calving activities, and hay production. Crawfish duties include: Harvest crawfish from ponds; Transport crawfish; Wash, inspect, and grade crawfish; Prepare crawfish for bagging; Pack crawfish for selling at market. Workers may receive salary increases and bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.

Walk-in applicants whose pre-employment paperwork was completed at the time of hire must have a valid identity document when they report to work. No worker will be considered to have completed the hiring process, nor be permitted to start work, and/or occupy employer-provided housing, without completing an I-9 Form and presenting required documentation of identity and employment eligibility within the legally required time frames. Although the job holding office is not required to verify employment authorization documentation, the employer requests that the Employment Service staff apprise applicants that they will be required to provide documentary proof of work authorization to the employer.
