Field Workers will be asked to perform a number of different jobs. Jobs may include but are not limited too. Pruning trees, pulling brush, cutting logs, mowing grass, grafting trees, planting trees, pounding post, setting up trellis, pulling weeds, irrigation setup, driving tractors or forklifts.

All applicants will be considered for employment. Applicants referred on this job order must possess legal, suitable documents to complete I-9 form as required by IRCA. Workers will be fully apprised by the Missouri Division of Workforce Development of terms, conditions and nature of employment prior to referral. Once an applicant has filled out the required application, applications will be reviewed by senior management for qualifications and work availability. Workers will then be asked to come in for a personal interview. If not available for a personal interview they may conduct an interview over the phone. Interviews will take place at any agreeable time in the packinghouse office Monday-Friday 8am -5 pm. If the applicant is deemed acceptable, they will be hired. All hiring will be done solely by Peters Orchards, Inc. senior management staff and owners.
