Perform cleaning duties such as: • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. • Clean dishes, kitchen work areas, food preparation equipment & Utensils in clean and orderly condition • Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away. • Assisting with sweeping, mopping, and polishing the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.
