Feed and water livestock and monitor food and water supplies. Herd livestock to pastures for grazing or to scales, trucks, or other enclosures. Examine animals to detect illness, injury, or disease, and to check physical characteristics, such as rate of weight gain. Mark livestock to identify ownership and grade, using brands, tags, paint, or tattoos. Maintain heated watering system. Segregate animals according to weight, age, color, and physical condition. Maintain equipment, machinery, buildings, pens, yards, and fences. Move equipment or livestock from one location to another on the farm. Clean stalls, pens, and equipment, using disinfectant solutions, brushes, shovels, water hoses, or pumps. Mix feed, additives, and medicines in prescribed portions. Operate snow removal equipment in order to operate feed wagons. Help with calving of the cattle. Drive to town for cattle supplies on occasion. Remove ice formed in water. Confine livestock in stalls. Farming with: Beef Cattle. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.

Requisitos adicionales

Minimum of 2 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 80 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.

Referrals accepted from local Job Service, Word-of-mouth, gate hires etc. Order holding office to refer applicants. Office hrs 8-5pm MT time, Mon-Fri, at (701) 261-8903. The actual employment offer is at the sole discretion of the employer. Employer will abide by the requirements and assurances of 20 CFR 653.501 in the processing and/or hiring of individuals referred through the clearance system.
