Clean soybean seeds. Remove dirt, sticks, and leaves from the seeds. Fill and weigh bags. Fill bulk containers. Clean and perform general maintenance on seed machines, buildings, and vehicles. Drive in town to pick up tools and supplies.

Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Referrals accepted from local Job Service, Word-of-mouth, gate hires etc. Order holding office to refer applicants. Office hrs 8-5pm MT time, Mon-Fri, at (402) 372-5588. The actual employment offer is at the sole discretion of the employer. Referrals will be accepted from the State Workforce Agencies (SWAs), directly from applicants, walk-ins, gate hires, and from other sources. Employer will abide by the requirements and assurances of 20 CFR 653.501 in the processing and/or hiring of individuals referred through the clearance system.
